The Rail Refitter Part 2 - The Vision

As I sit down with my coffee and journal, I find myself wrestling to quiet myself before the Lord.  I recalled a time years ago when my husband and I met with our elders at 5am for prayer; we always started with hushed worship.  As I pondered this, the Lord's voice breaks through and says, "Come on!  There isn't much time before the silence of the house will be broken.  HURRY!" 

In my mind's eye, I immediately approach the River to meet with the Lord; I see Him running as one would do in a relay race.  He called to me to run and take His hand.  I run as fast as I can to catch up to Him and take His hand.  As soon as I lock hands with Jesus we take off so fast that my surroundings become blurred.  I cannot even tell if we are running, flying or being translated.  When we come to a stop we casually walk up one set of railroad tracks toward a station or train loading dock.  There are many other tracks leading into this station, but they all seem to merge into the one.  (See John 14:6)

Looking up I see the concrete building where I stood in the dream two days before!  This is the same railroad track that the machine had rebuilt!  The Lord squats down and carefully examines the track and the soil around it.

"They did a great job - fast, efficient!  These are the ones who know how to carry out a direct order."  He says this very matter-of-fact.  I feel a tinge of guilt knowing I am not so easy to move.  "So," the Lord says breaking my self-defeating thoughts, "Did you like My machine?"

"Oh Jesus, very much so!  I would have liked to seen it closer.  It was amazing!"

The Lord smiles and agrees, "Yes!  It is an amazing piece of engineering.  I designed it Myself."

I ask, "Would you please explain what it was I saw in my dream, Lord?  I really want to understand it and what you are showing me now."

"That My dear, is why we are here."  He states this in a playful manner.  He waves His arm and says, "Come and look closely at the work that was done."

As we look, it is like I am seeing a live version of blueprints with side view of the layers under the track.  At the deepest level (Approx. 10 feet or 3 meters) there is a very thick rubber matt, above that was rock, then pebbles then sand that filled the rock.  Then another thick rubber mat sat on top of the rock, pebble, sand mixture. The old soil and rock, which was already there before the machine came through with the upgrades, was then placed back on top to camouflage the upgrade work done so it looked the same as it did.  This new foundation was very solid and could easily shift with the trains' weight so the track would not buckle under it.

The Lord proudly announces the name of His machine, "It is called a Rail Refitter!"

I look up and smile because I see the Lord beaming with joy.

"Oh Glorious!"  Jesus sings this more than says it; He is obviously excited.  "The time of times is near, My child.  The weight these trains will be carrying will be from the great weight of the people that are going to come and be reconciled to the Father - and to Me as We are One.  They are not to be saved and left by the side of the road any longer, but they will all have a ticket to ride the train."  Then He proclaimed in a loud voice, "Let the training begin!"

At that time I saw something strange that reminded me that God's ways are not our ways!  In His kingdom the Bible says that the last will be first and the first will be last.  (See Mark 10:31)  I saw those who have been taught in churches for years, those who should be teachers by now, in classrooms set up for children.  Some of the adults were like babies sucking on their fingers in the nursery.  On this train, the children, who had actually been set apart from birth, were teaching the adults the way of the Lord.  It reminded me of when Jesus took a child and stood it in front of everyone and told the people they had to become like a child if they are to enter the kingdom of heaven. (See Matthew 18:1-4)  I was also reminded of when Jesus said He chooses the foolish things to confound the wise.  (See First Corinthians 1:27)

Jesus explains, "These are the Arrows in the Lord's Quiver I have told you about.  They will be set in My bow and shot throughout the world.  They will hit My mark because I have personally groomed them and it is I who aims them at the target.  No more will man say, ?he is only a child' or ?she is but a girl' because after they have been taught by these little ones, they will know the kingdom of heaven has come near.  These adult-babies will experience healing, deliverance, and baptisms.  If they refuse to see the truth, at that time, their ticket will be confiscated and they will be tossed off the train where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth." 

As Jesus declares the fate of those who refuse to learn God's ways from a child, I begin to shake and tremble.

"Are you working out your salvation, My dear?" The Lord inquires.  (See Philippians 2:12)

"Yes Lord," I answer still weak and trembling.

"Come."  He smiles and opens His arms up wide.  "Come and rest in My embrace." (See Isaiah 55:3; Matt 11:28-30)

While in His embrace I see myself on the train in one special car that is exclusively for the children that are teachers.  It is where they come to rest and eat and play and talk.  I am there serving them food of all kinds like bread, soup, meat, rice, potatoes, and vegetables; also the Lord's Supper!  They are not interested in drinking sodas or eating sugary foods.  They seem to really love Oolong tea.  (I had to google this to find out what this is - turns out it is a tea which promotes good health!)

The Rail Refitter Part 3:  The Interpretation

Sitting with the Lord, I asked Him what He was saying through the dream and subsequent vision about the Railroad Track reconstruction project.  There was obvious interpretation that He gave within the vision which I will not repeat here, but I knew there was much more to this that applied to the Church.  He does love to be pursued in such matters and these two encounters warranted explanation.  (See Proverbs 25:2) God was gracious to answer my questions with His immediate reply to my inquiry: 

THE DREAM

"The Rail Refitter for the track upgrade, while impressive, is not what is most important.  It is what My train will be carrying!   Allow Me to explain further from what you have gleaned so far. 

"First, this dream has been established by two or three witnesses as you immediately sought counsel from trusted advisors.  (See Matthew 18:20). 

"The woman in authority is the woman spoken of in Proverbs chapter 8 and 9:1-11.  She is wisdom and she is who you are to heed.  She is who you are to seek out for permission to proceed. 

"What has worked for the church in the past (the old RR track foundation) will not work for what is coming.  It is not designed to carry the weight of My glory to come.  I Am moving in unprecedented ways.  The Railroad track must be pulled up and the old foundation replaced as I Am bringing My reformation in the Church.

"The three blue, red and yellow power cables are symbolic of three important factors and what is needed to power My Refitter. 

·        The blue cable is symbolic of heavenly revelation and insight.  It is the power of seeing things the way I see them.  This is when leaders in the church do not rely and trust in their own wisdom and understanding, but in Mine.  Men have been pushing their own trains for years and have wondered why they are so tired and move so slow.  Their logic and reasoning are fed by the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and it will always fail them in the end. 

·        The red cable is the power behind My fiery passion for My church and those whom I gave My blood to redeem.  Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin.  Without My passion, there is no hope.  Those devoid of My blood are without salvation.  I Am the Way, the Truth and the Life.  No one comes to Father God but through Me!  There is no other way to be saved.  (See John 14:6)

·        The yellow cable is My glory.  It symbolizes My tangible presence.  The Refitting will never be accomplished without My abiding presence.  There is power in being purified in My light and My holiness.  My provision will always follow My vision.  Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. (See John 8:12)

"The perspective from the 2^nd story balcony is the watchman's view. This is the 2^nd heaven perspective.  The watchman on the wall can see what is happening in the distance.  From this vantage point one can oversee what the armed forces are doing.  As one can watch both the saints and the angels prepare for Me to pioneer the next frontier, this is also where to spy out the enemy of your soul and his evil cohorts as they attempt their next advance.  (See Ephesians 6:10-18; Second Timothy 2:3, 4)

"The 3^rd story perspective is vital!  One must seek wisdom before proceeding to take any action.  Too many in My church have advanced forward without seeking My wisdom and have caused more problems than they solved.  Just because I reveal a problem does not mean I want people to attack it!  I Am the Captain; seek My wisdom early!  This will keep you from finding yourself in the middle of a battle you were never called to fight.  The weapons of My warfare are not natural BUT they are mighty in the pulling down of strongholds.  You will never get the strategies of My weapons if you take matters into your own hands.  You must obey My directives and not make up your own.  (See Hebrews 4:14-16; Second Corinthians 10:3-5; Proverbs 3:13-19)

"The concrete building reveals how I work in unity with manmade materials (mankind).  I created you and desire for you to be My hands and feet in this world.  I say again to arise, shine for your Light has come and My glory will rise upon you!  Remember, I choose the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. (See John 14:18-20; Isaiah 60:1; First Corinthians 1:27)

"The metal arm of the Rail Refitter symbolizes My mighty arm of righteousness and justice.  This is the same arm which lifted the people of Israel out of Egypt.  Lifting up the old track while simultaneously removing the old foundation is not too hard a task for Me, yet impossible for you!  I held back the waters of the Red Sea with wind while I held back the chariots and horses of Pharaoh's army with a pillar of fire.  I Am the Lord God Almighty and there is nothing too difficult for Me!  (See Exodus 14; Acts 13:17; Luke 18:27)

"The great weight of the people is the harvest that is ready and white!  These are those whose souls are now lying in the balance."  (See Matthew 9:37; Second Corinthians 5:17-21)

VISION

"First the Railroad track foundation was set at 10 feet or approximately 3 Meters.  Both of these numbers are significant in its  interpretation.  The number 10 symbolizes perfection of divine order.  I Am establishing perfection of divine order as I have said I would in 2010.  The number 3 reveals things that are especially complete.

·        The rubber mats shown at the base and the top symbolize My apostles and prophets who are the foundation of My church today.  The Apostolic and Prophetic movement, with all their present day warts, is where the rubber meets the road.* This is the both the deepest part of the foundation and the top of it; its restoration is critical for My move to come.  Ephesians 2:19-22 is critical to understand at this time.

·        The rock in the middle represents the evangelists called to preach the Gospel and make a way clear for those coming into the kingdom of heaven.  These who truly do My bidding will stand on The Rock and know that it is Jesus who saves. They are heaven's mouthpiece and can be easily tossed by My hand to the nations.

·        The pebble symbolizes the pastors.  Though the pebble seems small, they are mighty in number and strength.  Many diamonds are disguised as pebbles.  The Lord knows their true worth; if they will be satisfied with their humble pebble outer garment, their inner facets will shine. Their ability to accommodate the weight of the train makes their value beyond measure.

·        The sand is found in the numbers of Abraham's seed called to teach and instruct.  Without them the rocks and pebbles would be crushed.  Though they are small and go largely unknown, their worth is great in the kingdom!  The last shall be first.

"The foundation was replaced, but the old track, ties and spikes were not.  This is because the railroad rack symbolizes the Scriptures.  The Bible gives direction and reveals destinies in Christ, so there is no need to replace that!  My word will never pass away.  The railroad ties are rough wood and represent the Cross - the spikes are the nails driven into Jesus' hands and feet.  These will never be replaced!

"The young ARROWS, which I will use to train those poisoned by denominational teachings and legalism, have wisdom in their eating habits.  They have seen the unhealthy lifestyles of their elders and have chosen early to live a fasted lifestyle.  They are free of addictions and enjoy healthy meals.  The tea is one of My personal favorites."  (This is funny to think the Lord likes Oolong tea!)

"There are some who will be allowed to serve these younger ones and minister to them. They do need their daily bread and to glean from those who are willing to impart to them. 

"The train itself moves forward only because the tracks are stable.  Your individual and corporate destinies ride on this track and you will reach your destination as you understand it is taking you somewhere very special."

The phrase, "Time of Times" is something the Lord had said to me recently and it took some digging to find it.  This is what He said:

"Judy, the time of Times is soon. It is not as soon as some may think, but if true preparations are not made, many will be lost forever. Some think this means to store up food, but when did I (Jesus) teach to hoard food? Or gold?

"I commanded that the people store for themselves riches in heaven and they have failed to understand."

* Expression: "Where the rubber meets the road" is the most important point for something, the moment of truth. An athlete can train all day, but the race is where the rubber meets the road and they'll know how good they really are.
